Don’t get me wrong; I love it, but as with a number of the relationships I’ve been in, the romance is beginning to wane. My computer and I finally locked horns. Actually, we had a royal fight.

While engaging in astonishing viciousness, vulgarity and violence toward Republicans, liberals accuse cheerful, law-abiding Tea Party activists of being violent racists.
Responding to these vile charges, conservative television pundits think it's a great comeback to say: "There is the fringe on both sides."
Both sides? Really? How about: "That's a complete lie"? Did that occur to you simpering morons as a possible reply to the slanderous claim that conservatives are fiery racists?

Our responsibility is to share the good news.
When I was in seminary I was in a preaching professor’s office one day to check on a new book he had ordered for several of us to read. Neither he nor I realized that someone else had also come into the waiting room behind me.
The professor had just received a box containing about thirty copies of a book he had written. These had been sent from the publisher for his own use; I knew other copies were already on shelves throughout the country, for I had seen some of them earlier in the seminary bookstore.

While I don’t typically recommend MTV, Addy and I happened to catch a new MTV reality show that is worth watching. If You Really Knew Me is about teenagers getting to the heart of who they are and then expressing it. In the process the high-schoolers learn tolerance for others.

While the original Boston Tea Party was sparked by a Tea Tax in 1773, the Doctors’ Tea Party of August 7, 2010, is a response to an over-reaching, out-of-control government.
TEA stands for “Taxed Enough Already.” Originally a grassroots organization of private citizens, passage of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) has stirred the sleeping masses of private physicians. These are the doctors who adhere to the original Oath of Hippocrates, preserving the patient-doctor relationship as sacred and confidential.

Gazpacho
1 garlic clove, peeled and mashed
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
1 to 1-1/2 quarts Mott’s Clamato Juice™
1 cucumber, chopped
2 bay leaves
1 cup celery, chopped fine
4 or 5 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/3 cup onion, chopped fine
½ teaspoon fresh basil
½ teaspoon Beau Monde™
2 tablespoons Worcestershire®
1 lime juiced
2 dashes hot sauce
Mix all together and chill overnight. Serve with dollop of sour cream, parmesan cheese, and crackers.

The Democrats are depressed about their collapsing poll numbers, so it's time to start calling conservatives "racist."
As we now know from the Journolist list-serv, where hundreds of liberal journalists chat with one another, and which was leaked to Daily Caller this week, journalists cry "racism" whenever they need to distract from bad news for Obama. (Ironically, this story did not make headlines.)
