She was born March 2, 1921 in Hinds County, MS. She was the daughter of Zachary T. Baughn, Jr. and Mittie Bonney Baughn.
Visitation was at the Epeiscopal Church of the Mediator in McCob with Rev. Brandt Dick officiating. Burial was in Woodlawn cemetery in Summit.

Bertha Whittington Johnson, 89, of Liberty, died June 15, 2010, at her daughter's home in Liberty.
Visitation was at Brown Funeral Home in Liberty with Rev. Sherman Adams and Mrs. Johnson's brother Rev. Ernest Whittington, officiating. Burial was in Liberty Cemetery.
Mrs. Johnson was born Nov. 22, 1920, to Louis and Nancy Whittington.

Dorothy Ready, 71, of McComb, died June 14, 2010, at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center.
Visitation was at First United Pentecostal Church in McComb. Rev. Terry Ballard and Rev. Jerry Terrell officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery. Jones family funeral services of McComb was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Ready was born June 22, 1938, in Magnolia to Earnest and Zellie Jenkins Phelps.

Jerry Clayton Freeman, 60, of Kentwood, LA., died June 14, 2010, at his residence.
Services were at McKneely Funeral Home in Kentwood. Rev. Walt Baudoin and Rev. Mike Horchek officiated.
Burial was in Hutchinson Cemetery in Kentwood.
Mr. Freeman was born Feb. 17, 1950, in McComb, to claude and Avie Bass Freeman.

Minnie Pearl Reeves Barron, 89, of East Fork, died June 15, 2010 at Liberty Community Living Center. She was born November 18,1921 in Bogue Chitto, MS
She was the daughter of Joseph Ernest and Carrie Myrtle Clark Reeves.
Graveside services were at East Fork Cemetery in Amite County with Hartman-Sharkey funeral Home in McComb in charge.

Maudie Dickinson Gardner, 87, of Brandon, MS formerly of Magnolia passed away peacefully at Crossgates River Oaks Hospital in Brandon, MS, June 14, 2010 with family at her side.

Mrs. Gardner was born to Bernice and Tom Morgan on March 17, 1923.

Ardis McDaniel "Pete" Gardner, 82, of Bay Springs, MS formerly of Magnolia, MS passed away Saturday, June 12, 2010, at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, MS, following a brief illness.
Services were at First Baptist Church in Magnolia, MS with interment in Magnolia Cemetery. Officiating was Dr. Frank Harmon, Bay Springs Baptist Church assisted by Dr. Barry Ward, Magnolia First Baptist Church.
