Christopher Arthur Muise

Christopher Arthur Muise, 43, a resident of Magnolia, passed away on February 3, 2026 at his residence.

A visitation will be held Saturday, February 14, at Hartman-Jones Funeral Home of McComb from 12 Noon until services at 2PM. Bro. Mike Morris will officiate.

Christopher was born in McComb, on January 12, 1983. He is the son of Benjamin Arthur Muise and Jackie Huskey Young.

Christopher was a maintenance worker at Sanderson Farms and a member of East Union Baptist Church in Magnolia. He was a wonderful, loving father, son, brother and friend. He enjoyed Solid Gold Country music, cooking and grilling, coin collecting, "jack of all trades" a jokester, but most of all, he was a problem solver for many people. He will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his parents, Benjamin Arthur Muise (Donna) and Jackie Huskey Young (James); his fiance, Amy Fortenberry; 2 sons Grayson Kelley and Tyler Dunaway; 3 daughters, Alexis Muise, Trista Muise and Taylor Fortenberry; 2 step-brothers, Chad Fonseca, and James Young; 1 sister Shari Cutrer (Eric); step-sister, Carla Whitehead (Rorey); 4 nieces, Macey Cutrer, Alyssa Young, Jessica Young and Kelsey Loftin (Bryce); and 3 nephews, Myles Cutrer, Nathan Whitehead and Caden Fonseca.

Honorary pallbearers will be Donnie Richard, Malcolm Hucabee, Reese Rink, Jeremy Hodges, Tim Crews and Zach Wallace.
