Dorothy Maxine Lee 1932 - 2025

On March 30, 2025, Dorothy Maxine Lee went to her heavenly home at the wonderful age of 92. Maxine was born on April 21, 1932. Maxine was married to Hays Lee who went to be with the Lord on January 4, 2018. Maxine and Hays had 1 son, Olin Lee, who passed away on March 31, 2020. Maxine is now reunited with her beloved family. Maxine Lee, better known to her grandchildren as Gram and to her great grandchildren as Gram Gram , loved her family very much. Dorothy Maxine Lee was preceded in death by her parents Bertha and Pete Miller; 5 sisters; husband Hays Lee; and son Olin Lee. Maxine is survived by 1 sister Patsy Gray; 1 daughter-in-law, Janice Lee; 2 grandsons, Bo Lee (Kim), and Mac Lee (Gabby); 3 great grandsons, Noah, London, and Theo Lee.

Maxine enjoyed supporting her grandsons in all their activities. She was immensely proud of their accomplishments. Maxine and Hayes always supported Bo and Mac during their high school and college golfing careers. This was a joy for both Maxine and Hays. Maxine was an avid sports fan who loved her Ole Miss Rebels. She enjoyed fishing at Mud Lake and Lake Mary with family and friends. She also enjoyed playing bridge with the Fernwood Bridge Club. Maxine, better known to her family as Gram and Gram Gram will surely be missed.
