Jimmy Carol was a proud and faithful member of Centenary United Methodist Church from 1968 until his passing. He served on various committees and was a devoted member of the Men’s Bible Class, his beloved Sunday school group. He deeply loved his church and sat on the same pew every Sunday for more than five decades. He also cherished his time with the J.J. White Mission Team, taking part in annual trips to Mexico, Belize, and later aiding rebuilding efforts along the Mississippi Gulf Coast and in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. These trips were a highlight of his life and a reflection of his heart for service.
