Julia Ann Johnson 1941 - 2025

Julia Ann Johnson, 83, of Smithdale, passed away February 6, at SMRMC in McComb. Visitation was held on February 11, at Pleasant Valley Church from 5PM until 8PM and continued on February 12, from 9AM until services at 11AM. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Bro. Jack Whittington did officiate. Hartman Jones Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

Julia was born on July 8, 1941 to Ira McClelland and Julia Womack McClelland. She was a member of Pleasant Valley Church. She worked at Croft Metals. She enjoyed gardening and flowers. She loved her family and especially her grandchildren. She spent time watching her soap operas, the Young and the Restless was a favorite. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Henry H. Johnson; an infant daughter; and 11 siblings Rueben “Pete”, George, Donald, Wayne, Charlie, Ada Belle, Eunice, Christine “Chris”, Myrtle Mae, Johnny, and Tommy McClelland.

She is survived by 2 sons Henry L. Johnson (Tanya), and Edward Johnson (Glenda); grandchildren Lorie Minor (Trevon), James Johnson (Brittany), Amanda Nations (Wayne), Kari Johnson, Klint Johnson, Daniel Johnson and Kalli Johnson; 10 greatgrandchildren Katylin, Harley, Octavia, Skylar, Peyton, Sawyer, Rayna, Mollie, Layden, and Karter; a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
