If you haven’t tried the new Spanish restaurant that just opened in Magnolia, then I highly encourage you to do so. Los Parrilleros is located on Hwy. 51 in North Magnolia, where the old Star Drive Inn used to be. The site has been entirely renovated. The building has been completely transformed into a dine-in or take-out facility. The term “parrillero” itself is derived from “parrilla,” meaning grill in Spanish. The tradition of grilling meat became particularly prominent in Latin American countries like Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay, where it evolved into an elaborate culinary practice. Los Parrilleros are more than just skilled grillers; they are custodians of a rich cultural tradition that brings people together. Los Parrilleros’ menu selection is large and full of Spanish authentic dishes. The portions are large and very tasty. The service is extremely customer friendly, focused, and fast. The décor is clean and comfortable with a dining area and TVs in selected areas to watch your favorite sporting or whatever events.

Whether you’re a long-time resident or just passing through, this restaurant is a must-visit destination that promises to leave a lasting impression. So, gather your friends and family, and discover the culinary treasures that await you at Magnolia’s newest gem. Editor’s Note: Perhaps our city leaders and administration will get behind this small
