Mary Nell Hodges Richardson, 78, a resident of McComb, passed away on March 24, 2026 at her residence. A visitation will be held Sunday April 12, at First Baptist Church of McComb from 12:30PM until services at 2PM. Bro. Ric Edmonds will officiate.
Mary was born on November 26, 1947 to the late Rollin Lamar Copelan Sr. and Mary Magdalene Sharplin Copelan. She loved her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 1 son Casey Hodges Jr; 3 siblings Rollin Lamar Copelan Jr., Betty Louise Richardson, and James Ray Copelan.
She is survived by her husband of 13 years Edward A. Richardson IV; 6 daughters Christine Maxine Dumont, Judy Kathleen Hughes, Annette Fay Owens, Tabatha Richardson, Mary E. Hodges, and Stacey Diane Thomas; 3 sons James Hodges, Charlie Hodges, and Bill Hodges; 9 grandchildren Crystal, Courtney, Christina, Nycole, Troy, Alex, Jaylynn, Shaylynn, and Katelin; 7 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
