It was good to have been in the House of our Lord last Sunday.

Bro. Kent Campbell welcomed everyone and made announcements of our services for the coming week. Dennis Lea along with the Praise Team led in the time of music.

Mrs. JoAnn Cook is our Golden Ager for the Week so remember her with a card or visit this week.

Ashley Simmons, our Youth and Children’s leader, took the youth and children for a “Back to School Bash” at Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park in Denham Springs last Saturday. They reported a very fun and enjoyable day.

Sunday, August 31, will be our 5th Sunday singing during the morning service.

Bro. Kent Campbell will also share God’s Word with us. Then everyone is invited to a covered dish luncheon. There will not be an evening service.

We welcome and are very happy to have Jerry and Alice Spencer join our Church Family.

My cousin Billie Burt of McComb treated me to lunch at Applebee’s for my birthday last Wednesday and
