Was a wonderful morning of worship as we met at God's House last Sunday on Mother's Day. After Bro. Kent Campbell welcomed everyone and recognized the Mothers then the children presented each Mother with a gift. Then Baby Dedication was held for Miles Grant Thedford. After time of singing praises Bro. Kent brought a wonderful message. Was a wonderful day to have been in the House of our Lord.

The Golden Ager for the Week is Melvyn Rhodus so remember him with a call, visit or card.

Bobby and Sarah Williams attended the Baby Dedication held at First Baptist Church in Brookhaven last Sunday for their great-Grandson Franklin Nations Mathis, son of Gabriel (Gabe) and Kaitlyn Mathis. Grandparents are Patrick and Melissa Campbell. Great Grandmother is Shirley Williams of Smithdale.

There were 12 babies dedicated at First Baptist Church in Brookhaven on Mother's Day. Was a very special day for all the parents and their families.

The Church was full of family and friends and church members.

After the morning service concluded the Pastor introduced the 3 Mission Teams that are leaving for different parts of the World to spread the gospel. Some will be gone for 2 weeks and others will be gone for 2 months. Please pray for these missionaries safety as they travel, while they are there and as they travel home.

School will soon be out and the children are very excited about that. Then soon it will be time for Vacation Bible School. If you would like to help in V.B.S. please let Ashley Simmons know.
