CATHERINE BROWN Terry's Creek News Greetings from the Creek Banks of Terry's Creek. Had a wonderful Vacation Bible School last week which the Children and Adults enjoyed very much. Was a busy week and there was a good attendance.

The pro- gram was held last Friday night and the children did a fantastic job presenting their pro- gram. Last Sunday the 5 daughters of John Milton and Inez Bond, and their families, hon- ored the memory of their Daddy and Papaw John Milton Bond with the communion table arrangement. The Gideon Bible that was on the table was the one John had received while he was in the Air Force.

John loved God's Word and was active in the Gideons for many years to get it in more people's hands. The special music last Sunday was by David McDaniel "How Deep The Father's Love For Us." Bro. Kent Campbell brought a wonderful message.

The Golden Ager for the Week is Beverly Stewart so remember her with a card or visit this week. I have been enjoying home made vegetable soup which my sweet neighbors Bonnie McDaniel and her hus- band Alan blesses me with quite often. I appre- ciae it so much and it is delicious.

I want to thank a very good neighbor Tom Gunther who keeps my yard mowed when it is needed. I am so blessed to live in a community where neighbors care and help each other. I have lived in this neigh- borhood all my life and so blessed to have family members close by.
